A recent analysis by Roger Simon of PJTV Media maintains that Obama is showing signs of mental illness. A wide variety of commentators have observed that Obama displays severe narcissism. Obama is conceited, and he is demonstrating a serious disassociation from reality.
A recent case in point was Obama's bizarre and meandering 17-minute, 2,500-word answer to the simple question about how he could justify raising taxes for ObamaCare during a recession when citizens are already overtaxed. Obama's wildly inappropriate answer left the audience stunned and led commentator Charles Krauthammer to mockingly say, "I don't know why you are so surprised. Its only nine times the length of the Gettysburg address, and after all Lincoln was answering an easier question, the higher purpose of the union and the soldiers who fell in battle."
This lapse of delusion occurred in front of a friendly audience. Overall, Barack Obama seems to be slipping into a slightly more delusional state these days.
On Monday, following his embarrassing answer on Saturday, Obama stopped by the Washington Nationals home opener to loft an effeminate toss toward home plate constituting the ceremonial first pitch. After this display, Obama was mucking it up in the press booth talking about his love of the Chicago White Sox. The announcers asked Obama which players he supported growing up a White Sox fan. After hemming and hawing for about 30 seconds, Obama responded that he grew up in Hawaii and was actually an A's fan. Again, he avoided mentioning any players by name. Obama seems to believe that he can say whatever he wants, and not reap the consequences or be forced to defend his empty assertions. Obama behaves in a manner so disconnected from reality that he is shocked when someone has the audacity to question him. Obama acts like his word is infallible.
In March of last year Obama was on 60 Minutes with Steve Kroft. Throughout the interview as Kroft questioned about the economic downturn and people losing their life savings, Obama just kept laughing. A one point CBSs Kroft stopped him and asked, Are you punch drunk?" How will the American people react to seeing their president laugh off their predicament? Obamas inappropriate laughter clearly demonstrated he has lost touch with the pain that people are feeling.
Obama portrays himself as the larger-than-life figure towering above the political fray. At the summit when Obama was pushing his health care package through Congress, he attempted to act as if he were the chief arbiter of truth. With petty insults, he slapped down what the Republicans proposed and audaciously claimed his was a bipartisan bill. Obama distorts the truth with such frequency that one must start to question if Obama even realizes he is lying or is so disassociated from the truth that he believes what he says.
A further example of Obamas delusions of grandeur occurred when he gave himself a good solid B plus. Believing that his presidency was an above average success when America is hurting is absurd. Obama went so far as to claim that he would give himself an A once health care was passed. Obama is not living in the same reality as the rest of us.
As Charles Krauthammer wrote, Not that Obama considers himself divine. (He sees himself as merely messianic, or, at worst, apostolic.) But he does position himself as hovering above mere mortals, mere country, to gaze benignly upon the darkling plain beneath him where ignorant armies clash by night, blind to the common humanity that only he can see."
Obama sees himself as the greatest man to be president in all time. He truly believes it when he said "we are the ones we have been waiting for," and "this is the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and the planet began to heal." He believes that he can do anything he pleases and the people will love him for it. Obama plans to radically transform this country and go down in history as, in his mind, the greatest ever. Obama is clearly disconnected from reality.
Obama is, according to Newt Gingrich, potentially the most dangerous (president), because he so completely misunderstands reality. Gingrich was referring to Obamas inept and weak stance on missile defense amongst other things. Even Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said that Obama is an amateur; so much for wowing the world. Obama lives in an alternate universe where he treats our friends poorly and expects our enemies to change and become our friends. Heres hoping that the voters help to connect this president back to reality in November.
Taking down pictures of historical nature & founding fathers is a true statement. I toured the White House couple weeks ago & even pictures in the public touring area had been changed.A nice tour book was written by Jackie Kennedy use to be given out to guests on VIP tours. Must not be any more for my group didn’t receive a copy. We had a special tour in other rooms tht public can not enter.
I have been to the WH several times over the years & this time I found a different feeling kinda cool & indifferent , not warm & cordial as past times with pride & spirit in The People’s House.

I came to the same conclusion.
He's probably able to get a steady supply of "blow" so he's continually "all wee weed up".

Unfortunately that will not do any good. There is no resolution for that level of DSM-IV-TR = 301.81, Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Typically, as narcissism is an ingrained personality trait, rather than a chemical imbalance, medication and therapy are not very effective in treating the disorder. Schema Therapy, a form of therapy developed by Jeffrey E. Young that integrates several therapeutic approaches (psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioral etc.), also offers an approach for the treatment of NPD.
It is unusual for people to seek therapy for NPD. Subconscious fears of exposure or inadequacy often cause defensive disdain of therapeutic processes. Pharmacotherapy is rarely effective. In the specific instance of The Øne there are so many levels of insulation from reality that are acting as enablers that any therapy is highly unlikely.
My personal opinion is he will appear to get better but that will only be an act as he learns how he is supposed to appear. As reality penetrates the levels of insulation the stress will take its usual course and eventually he will crumble. It is what he does at THAT point that is of real concern.

Was Clinton any different? The modern Democratic party and their modern liberal supports have given us a wave of narcissist sociopaths.
reminds you of Rome and the decline

Yep.
Barack Hubris Obama.
Liberals believe that what they say is the Truth because they say it. And if they say something contradictory the next day they believe that, too, because Truth can change. Truth is a mental construct and can be altered at will to suit the goals of the Liberal speaker. This is part of the philosophy they learn in the Ivy League.
That well was really in Kenya.
What is the source of the quote by bo?
"So, Mister President, who is your favorite golfer of all time?"
"Well, the new technology with the new clubs, especially the ones you use to hit the ball thing a long distance, have really made major changes in the game. And there are some pretty sharp looking shoes and shirts available these days. Oh, look, uh, that Wood fellow is trying to sink a long punt."
You betcha he's not. 75% of Americans think he's leading us off a cliff. I predict when he finally leaves office there will be celebrations like no one has ever seen before (the disgust and distrust of this administration is THAT palpable).
You would have to have support for that from a huge number of Social Democrats in Congress who think the Kenyan’s psychopathology is useful.
Even in Madison WI, the Obama stickers are thinning out on the cars.
i can think of another 4 letter word to scrawl in the cement
It’s “self-esteem.”
People refuse to consider that obama really isn't from here, not in the way we tend to think of our fellow Americans, and he really doesn't hold the same truths to be self evident. It's the same kind of blindness that kept us from believing that 9/11 could happen.
He was laughing because he doesn't believe in free market capitalism and genuinely thinks people losing their life savings from investing is a hoot. Why would he think any other way?
Newt is half right. obama is the most dangerous president, not because he misunderstands reality, but because believes it's time for a different one and is following the handbook to take us there. He's dangerous because people refuse to see what their senses are telling them.
When the O sticker crowd starts getting their bills for healthcare and get nothing in return for four years, they're going to rethink their vote and their allegiance to democrats. The ones who are O's favored people (the ones who get the "redistributed money" that the dems don't pocket) won't be affected by it because they're "special" and we're not!
Something like that was my main worry about a Hillary Clinton presidency. I feared with her as president, were we to take a 9-11 type hit she would go berserk and throw ashtrays because she would feel betrayed by the ones she considered to be her natural supporters. She would do what she does in such occasions but the ashtrays would be ICBMs.
