If you know history.. what happen to Poland, like what happen to the Jews, is one of the signs you watch for... a historical "canary in a coal mine"....
This is bad and ugly and is going to get worse

We all need to pray for our country. Pray for Poland and the world. Pray for God to touch the hearts of evil men and to protect those that keep their faith and trust in our Lord.

Thanks. I think a coup has occurred. Poland has been through so much over such a long time. And the poles are good and generous people. They don’t deserve what fate has handed them.

Is it just me, or does this sound like the first chapter of a Tom Clancy novel? The world in which we currently live is basically indistinguishable from a Tom Clancy novel, and has been since 11 Sep 2001...

Ah, the old disappearing victims switcheroo. An old ploy, but still a reliable one.

The only ones which shall believe Putin's 'version of events', also buy into the repeated, brazen lies of Obama & Brown.

That was pretty amazing, although it would have been better imho if the pipes had been allowed to play alone, without the brass band and orchestra behind them. Thanks for the ping to this though, it was beautiful.

Interestingly, the Russians appear to be genuinely upset about this.
Russian State TV showed te Polish film 'Katyn' in prime time. Unprecedented.
To: Da_Shrimp
On the surface, the Russians have been doing and saying all the right things.

And as I’ve said a lot recently, Putin is playing Chess, while Obama is playing Checkers.
To: AlanD
Even Putin isnt that brazen to kill the Polish President in his own backyard. Oh, I think he absolutely is. Who would do anything about it? Obambi?
His heading up the investigation fits the possibility perfectly.

Perhaps. But 'Katyn' pulls no punches. The Russian public will have seen, probably for the first time, their Government's responsibility for the massacre.
I hold no particular liking for the Russians (I have a Polish wife), but it seems quite meaningful.
