For this to ever happen the Paks would insist that India disarm. And India may be willing only if China disarms.

It may be that until there is a nuclear detonation by terrorists or a limited nuclear exchange—intentional or accidental—in the Third World that proliferation ends. Then it would take the U.S., Russia and China acting in concert to disarm the rest of the world.

What astonishes me, is that Il Douche’ Junior is slashing our nukes in order to prevent proliferation at a time when our enemies are seeking them for their own self-interest. And sooner or later, they’ll get them.

Even your average punk terrorist on the street sees the value of nuclear weapons for use as leverage or to use as a terrorist tool.

Il Douche’ Junior sits back in his chase lounge with sun glasses on sipping his mint julep, as the nation is exposed to extreme danger. “Oh, Michelle, I’ve made the world safer for our daughters you know...”

Because, in the twisted mind of Il Douche’ Junior, it makes sense to cut our weapons to prevent nuclear proliferation. Never mind the terrorists have a zero chance of getting our nukes.

I guess you could say he thinks cutting Russia’s nukes would make us safer, but Russia will still have plenty of nukes, and God only knows if any of them are for sale on the black market.

Russia and China’s leadership won’t be drinking beer tonight. They might swallow half of it down the wrong way with the constant laughter this dunce is inducing.
