If/when it is found and proven that obama is not an American citizen and is therefor ineligible to be President, Healthcare becomes null and void...

I disagree with you. If it were found that he was ineligible, even if everyone agreed to undo what he was unqualified to do, the heathcare disaster should still be law.

The President may sign a bill into law, veto it, or refuse to act on the bill. If the President does not act on the bill, after 10 days it becomes law. If Obama signing the bill were undone, wouldn’t it be as if the President did not act on the bill at all? Executive could/should be undone, but I don’t think this should.

You are mistaken. A bill cannot become law without signature. If a President does not act, it is a “pocket veto”.

Seems to me it would be like a fraudulent preacher marrying a man and a woman.

After the fraud was discovered, the marriage would become null and void.

Just my $.02

But THIS bill is considered law because the President signed it NOT because of his inaction.
I should be null and void as with EVERY piece of legislation he has signed.

Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States

If he isn't eligible, they did not present the bills to the President.
