The President may sign a bill into law, veto it, or refuse to act on the bill. If the President does not act on the bill, after 10 days it becomes law. If Obama signing the bill were undone, wouldn’t it be as if the President did not act on the bill at all? Executive could/should be undone, but I don’t think this should.

Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States

If he isn't eligible, they did not present the bills to the President.
