The National Federation of Independent Business is backing U.S. Sen. John McCain in his primary race against former Scottsdale Congressman J.D. Hayworth.
NFIB represents small businesses and tends to take a conservative stance on taxes and regulations.
NFIB likes McCains position on taxes and opposition to union-backed efforts to make it easier to organize.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry also backing McCain in the senate race.

Why they think McCain is better than JD is beyond me.
McCain is burrowed into the political skin of this nation like an engorged tick.
Money talks and McCain’s wife has big money. Hayworth can win with a populist campaign if he can mobilize the base.
Neither political party has any intention of resurrecting the middle class in any way. ...the Dems for marxist, ideological reasons, the Reps because corporations do not want to pay anyone enough to support a family. Corporations desire unmarried, childless people. Either way, with either party, as it stands now, the US is destined to become a labor/trading region rather than a functioning Republic.
The name of this story is quite simply “Know Thy Enemy”
Juan is a proven enemy of conservative, and JD is for closed borders, constitutional government, and I believe also honest!
Only a blind fool would vote for Juan - but I thought that about the Usurper’s chances too!
I told NFIB to F-OFF after they supported the first $780 BILLION Bailout legislation passed during the end of the Bush II Administration.
They are decidedly pro-BIG BUSINESS...not Pro-small or independent business, as they claim.
Actually, what they have become is pro-WASHINGTON, unfortunately. What a shame.
Duh...corporations are not in it for philanthropy!
Stock holders want profits!
I wish I lived in AZ so I could vote for J.D. Hayworth and retire John McPain. The Senate and AZ would be better served by a real conservative such as Hayworth.
Instead I live in WI and am hoping we will vote out Feingold, John’s partner in the Campaign [fake] Reform Law.
Bingo..the McCain's are VERY well connected here in AZ, including with the media.. It is up to us to elect JD Hayworth.
Ooooooh — the whole AZ electorate has been on pins and needles waiting for this worthless organization’s call.
Ping!
They want cheap exploitable labor.
What you don't know about politics would fit on however many microchips it would take to fill Taft's bathtub.
These business organizations do not represent American businesses.....they are all pro-Globalist, pro-illegal alien, and anti-American
No surprise that they would support the Liberal RINO Anti-American John Hussein McCain.....
These groups will support JDs opponent in the General election. These groups are pro-illegal/anti-American
We must face that fact that our ‘conservative’ non profit advocacy groups have been bought off like most politicians.
Look, La Raza, etc has all the $$$...they buy those endorsements.
snip]It would require an extensive effort to tally the expenditures on immigration. But it is safe to say that since 1998, tens of millions of dollars have been spent on immigration lobbying. And it is clear that the vast majority of those dollars have been spent by those who want expansive immigration policies.
*****************Here are just a few of the big spenders:
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce,
Microsoft Corp,
Western Growers Association,
American Farm Bureau, American Meat Institute,

With [near] slave labor,
businesses don’t have to innovate and get more efficient.
When labor costs increase, you see more automation and efficient processes evolve, making products cheaper for the consumer.

Precisely. Actually, many years ago, I worked for NFIB...when they actually were conservative.
