How many states will it take for the Democrats to figure out that most of the country is against them? What do they have up their sleeve that they can just blow this off?

Well I can tell you here in Colorado SEIU and ACORN are ramping up big time. And the state dems are pushing through a bill to allow same day voter registration. The voters of Colorado said no to this on the ballot, but the dems are doing it anyway.

Our Obama-loyal Arizona attorney general slithered out of the or a lawsuit. So our Republican governor jumped in and is pushing hard. Our Obama-loyal attorney general is also running for governor. It’s going to be fun reminding him of that until October.

Because their reading is that the ENTIRETY of the USC is in the preamble: “to promote the general welfare.” The rest is blah blah blah blah.

Let’s see, that’s five added to the original thirteen, making 18.
18 / 50 = .36
So, 36% of the states are challenging this...
We need another twenty states to get the 3/4.

Mississippi was a given, but it’s nice to see the others joining in. It would take a miracle of miracles for the state of Montana to join in.

I wondered the same thing myself because this has quickly become a legal tidal wave rolling directly at DC.
The rabid idealogue leaders of this regime will ignore it and take their chances in court.
Sebelius’ claims of partisan griping being the impetus of these lawsuits can be easily disregarded as nothing more than ‘Rat partisan griping at this point.
This bill was devised, written, voted for, and celebrated by Demrats alone and come hell or high water, they alone will reap what they have sown come November.
You think people will calm a bit in the coming months?
The people that these pols kick in the teeth with such ease will overwhelm and shock them in the most American way possible, at the ballot box.

The Libs found out that if ACORN can empty out the Crack Houses and HO Houses on Election day, in addition to the Hispanics, the ignorant Whites, Gay Marriage proponents, baby killers, and the "Chris Matthews" of the world who get a tingle down their leg when Obama speaks, and get 'em to the polls...THEY HAVE THE FREAKIN' NUMBERS. Well, if there were 38 states, they could agree on an Amendment clarifying the Commerce clause and immediately ratify it.
Short of that, I think the Congress considers itself immune to the governors, as though they do not represent the will of their people as much as the states’ representatives in congress do. The state legislatures should be able to recall Reps and Senators so they understand their place.

I like Virginia’s approach.
Make it a law that citizen’s do not have to purchase insurance.
Any other states done this?
No hope in my state (NC). We Democrats run everything and have for years. Hopefully, there will be some real change this November.
