It is UNKNOWN as to what this IED incident is about.

Anyone else remember the successful DeFoley8 campaign? I met one of the organizers of that, Jim Bohan, aka Blue Wolf, (actor/screwriter played Holstein the cop in American Graffiti seen near the end of the clip driving the '61 Ford Police Car). I used to swap emails with him, both on and off the email lists. Helped him with some technical points for a screenplay he was writing. He never finished though, he died at his keyboard, a MAC, on his German grandparents farm near Yokum Texas(in turn near the somewhat better known Gonzales, Quero and Yorktown). Unfortunately it was his Aunt that found him, IIRC.
