I know 4 HIV positive people. All 4 are gay males. All 4 contracted it by engaging in behavior that almost guaranteed they would become infected. All 4 are on meds paid for at least in part by the tax payer. I smoke and the system says it should not pay for any illnesses I contract because I chose to smoke. PLEASE.
