While Minnesotans are outpacing much of the nation when it comes to filling out U.S. census forms, people are noticing some hiccups in the system.
Some say their forms were addressed to the wrong cities. Others say they didn't even get forms.
"By whatever omission or glitch, some people didn't receive one. We're working with residents," said Luz Maria Frias, director of St. Paul's human rights and equal economic opportunity department.

Isn’t Rahm going to re-distric favorably for the Democrats anyway? At least that’s what he said he would do. The Census is just an excuse to do it. I don’t think the results will matter much. They will just beef up the numbers where they need to.

I filled it out for the 3 folks in my household, all of the American race.
I’m sure someone in Two Harbors will find 300-400 already completed census forms in their cars trunk .....
I’m being deluged with census forms. It’s just begging for fraud. They are going to spend excess millions just on postage for the letters to announce you will receive the census, followed by weekly letters asking if you have filled it out and sent it in which contain another copy of the census, of course.
