CNNs most popular hosts have lost nearly half their audience over the last year in precipitous falls that have affected the entire network.
In February, the network came in last place among the cable news nets, trailing not only Fox News and MSNBC, but also behind HLN (formerly Headline News) and CNBC, reports The New York Times.
The first quarter of 2010 was Larry Kings worst quarter ever, with his audience down 43%, to 771,000 viewers, for the quarter and down 52% for the month of March. In the same quarter in 2009, Larry Kings show had 1.34 million viewers. Kings audience is just a quarter of the size of Sean Hannitys Fox News show, is regularly beaten by Rachel Maddow on MSNBC, and is now fighting a sometimes-losing battle against a new competitor, Joy Behar on HLN.
Campbell Brown, too, dipped significantly, seeing its worst quarter ever in the advertiser-friendly 25-54 demo.

I submit that Larry King is Ted Baxter.
Ted Baxter was younger, had much better hair, a much better speaking voice, and wasn't senile.

I like to watch Rick Sanchez. His being dumber than a bag of rocks makes him good for a laugh. I almost fell out of my chair when he called the Galapagos Islands, Hawaii. One would think he'd know his master's birth place.

How sad; so sad. Boo-a-hoo.
Gosh, I wonder if there is anyone who watches MSNBC anymore, either? If so, WHY?
Whatever channel Olbermann is on now SUCKS EGGS continously. That's my opinion. Olbermann sucked eggs in L.A. as a damn Sports announcer. Dude was sorely lacking in all areas. Now he's some kind of political pundit???LOL Please.

On TV for sure, but not on the radio.

Or when a meteorologist told him something was x meters away. he asked “meters, what’s that in English?”

Didn't Obama tell his zombies to quit watching cable news shows about a month or so ago?

...Meanwhile, Fox News had its best year in terms of viewers in 2009, and continues to build its audience. Greta Van Susterens show jumped 25% in the quarter, while Bill OReillys show was up 28% (the biggest audience in prime time, with 3.65 million viewers) and Glenn Beck was up 50%...

So now they're down to one viewer? The poor schlub lost the remote and he can't figure out how to change the channel. But that's OK because Larry King gives him that same nice warm feeling he gets when he fills up his adult Depends.

Larry King actually died several years ago, They just haven’t informed him yet because they have no one to fill the time slot.

Funny how that happens when instead of reporting the news you spin it to further a particular agenda...
