Beck is best. No one else comes close. On TV for sure, but not on the radio. Agreed. On the radio he is pretty lousy. Rush and Levin are my favorites. Hannity is a doofus. John Batchelor is excellent too.

Tastes differ. I like his radio persona, along with his buddies. Lots of fun and often informative. On TV, he comes across as less effective, because so emotive.
No big deal, just that what is sauce for one is not necessarily sauce for another.
