It seems to me that the way "weapons of mass destruction" is being defined here, any weapon capable of killing more than one person at a time would be considered a "weapon of mass destruction" by this Justice Department. I'm pretty darn sure that when Bush went into Iraq, that Iraq had literally millions of "weapons of mass destruction" that we not only found, but confiscated and destroyed.
The indictment does not indicate how they came to the conclusion that this group was engaged in actual seditious activity and the allegations are vague to say the least. There is no actual description of the weapons that were supposedly in their possession that were illegal, nor is there any specific indication that they had actually done any specific act in furtherance of any specific intent conspiracy.
This is going to be interesting.
I agree. When reading the indictment, it seemed real touchy-feely to me....real short on actual crimes committed.
The crimes are of the "by-interpretation" variety. No instance of any hurt person or damaged property whatsoever
“There is no actual description of the weapons that were supposedly in their possession that were illegal..”
I have come to the conclusion that these guys are just a bunch of idiots. They actually posted a video on YouTube that is evidence that they violated 18 U.S.C. 842 (p)(2)
Look at this video starting at the 20 second mark:

Demonstrating the use of tripwire triggered explosives while carrying rifles in the same video and scenes. That alone will get them a conviction on counts three and four of the posted indictment.
Yeah, I noticed that definition of WMD as well... Like many other words in the liberals’ dictionaries - the meaning changes dependent upon the circumstances to benefit them.
