I have come to the conclusion that these guys are just a bunch of idiots. They actually posted a video on YouTube that is evidence that they violated 18 U.S.C. 842 (p)(2)

I've seen that demonstrated a million times in Hollywood movies. Have they arrested Bruce Willis or Sylvester Stallone?

good info. So they do have some real charges in this mess, however pipebombs are always a stretch, how many people have blackpowder and PVC pipe in the house. Did you see what kind of explosives they were using?
