Not that long ago, America was embroiled in a raging controversy over President Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president. The debate involved his birth certificate and place of birth.
That issue has never been resolved with finality, although it no longer is front and center in the minds of those who oppose this president and his policies. This is so because of another fundamental truth about Barack Hussein Obama:
By virtue of his Marxist ideology and desire to dismantle or destroy existing American institutions, Barack Obama is no American, regardless of whether he was born in Honolulu or Kenya.
In just over 14 months, this president has been exposed as the most dangerous anti-American activist to have ever occupied the White House.
Some of the more egregious examples of Obama’s offensive behavior include:
Replaced the finest health care system in the world with a bloated government-run HMO by ignoring the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution, and the wishes of the American people while employing deceit, bribery, and sleight of hand Signed a financially -reckless trillion dollar stimulus bill that has failed to stem unemployment or stimulate anything but the federal deficit which, under his command, is out of control and a grave threat to the continued prosperity of America Significantly softened American policy with regard to terrorists by requiring that they be read their Miranda rights and tried in civilian courts Ordered closure of GITMO and relocation of terrorists detained there to American cities and towns Demanded that the use of Enhanced Interrogation Techniques be discontinued even when such procedures were known to be effective in preventing additional terrorist attacks and the resulting loss of American lives Seized private enterprises & converted to government entities Denounced and or apologized for America and American

The birth certificate is a moot point. There are other ample grounds in which he could be removed from office, if you think about it.

That some segments of our population have been known to throw temper tantrums should not be an excuse for not defending the Constitution. We have survived riots before and will do so again, regardless for the excuse made for stamping the feet, flailing the arms, and holding of the breath.
That would be my dream come true.

It can't. Of course not. Yet, right there, on his campaign web site F.T.S., it's stated that a foreign government "governed" Barry from birth and the reason it did, was that Barry inherited that foreign citizenship by way of his foreign national father (no matter where he was born). Assuming, of course, that Sr. was his legal father at birth.
How, then, could he possibly be a "Natural Born Citizen" of the U.S.?

Furthermore: Hawaii's Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - "VITAL STATISTICS, I", shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed baby's born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaiian birth certificate based on the word of 1 relative.

Being a usurper, and thus being legally unable to, sign legislation into law, sign treaties with foreign governments and commanding our armed forces (especially when they are at war)...would not doubt raise to that level.
Indeed. Can't stand his leftist politics either...but at the very LEAST he would be Constitutionally qualified to carry out the position. Furthermore, I have little doubt that he is anti-American like the usurper.
