Hello, Dolly!....I fooled around for 20 minutes trying over and over to pay by credit card. Just about everything I typed in was REJECTED, including my credit card number which is as good as gold, LOL.

Now, I've been looking for an address to pay by check, but can't find that either, though I was so frustrated I probably missed it.

Sorry for the late reply here...I'm in the middle of a couple of pretty bad days and hope they get better after this evening when I change my pain patch.
