I’m a-gonna turn every light in the house on, just to do my part to make up for it!
Last year, I turned on every light in the house.
Damned idiots! The power companies will generate the power anyway. It just won’t be used. It will be wasted.
I think this is the day that Rush turns every light on in his house and leaves them on all day and throughout the night! LMAO!
Given the rise of crime in my area due to President Obama’s economy, there’s no way I’m turning off lights for an hour.
Better to vote out liberals than curse the darkness.
Bumping around in the dark is no way to go through life.
Aren’t most non-essential lights off in municipal buildings on Sat night anyway? If not, they’re wasteing electricity. But what the heck....taxpayers pay the bill!
I’m spending all day smoking meat. Burning lots o carbon.
Yeah.....

I’m going to throw on the floods in the driveway and clean guns on the tailgate.....
Ringing church bells also keeps lightening away.
If they are "non-essential," why are they on in the first place?
Don't they turn their lights off at home?
Bunch of morons.
I’ll burn a tire in their honor.
I’m gonna turn off all of my lights from noon till two pm. There, I’m a real ecofreak!
Precious....
Pretend you live in North Korea like a good little Comrade.
I got cash at the Wells Fargo ATM yesterday. They have a absolutely asinine little advert telling you to douse your lights for an hour. The LAST thing I need or want is my BANK (for crying out loud) telling me how to live my life or how much energy to use. I decided I will have to turn every light in the house on during that hour.
Good God, I hate these smarmy, know-it-all, holier-than-thou libs who want to run our lives for us. Electricity is one of the hallmark achievements of mankind and civilization, the invention that has made our lives immeasurably better, safer and healthier. Exactly WHAT do these cretins think has advanced our life expectancy so much? It sure wasn’t sitting in the dark around a flickering candle singing kumbayah.
I’m going to turn on my lights and curse the eco-nannies.
[. . .the Earth Hour event which attracted more than 80 million participants in the U.S. last year. . .]
How do they know this? I read it was a failure.
