Congress can repeal the Democrats’ Amnesty law. The president can sign it. The president can also declare martial law and suspend the writ of habeas corpus. I would as we are under Invasion by illegals and Muslims through Mexico.
Lincoln suspended The Writ of Habeas Corpus 3 times and declared martial law.

More importantly, where has Palin EVER said she would repeal amnesty? (or as she puts it ‘a path to citizenship’. And why would she, if she support McCain’s position, which she clearly does.

BTW, on McCain’s website, he even says he is ‘not for amnesty’.
