By the way, beside this article is a poll that needs freeping: Should Sonny Perdue pursue a lawsuit against the federal government over health care reform?
So far, the majority is saying that the lawsuit is a travesty instead of the healthcare bill.
Wow! Here’s hoping we get at least 40 lawsuits from the state AG’s against obamacare-and if a state AG refuses to file , here’s the example to follow! (I’d like to see all 57 :-) states file, but that’s impossible...But there’s 37-38 states that are working to pass health care freedom acts,so 40 seems a reasonable number to me.)

Baker’s candidacy, as a potential governor for Georgia is now officially and unequivocally, DEAD MEAT, DOA, DRT, etc. He won’t even get high up enough on Barnes’ shoelaces to cause notice (ex Dem Gov who his also running).
Current AG is a Jesse Jackson gang throwover.

P.S. Sonny made his fortune in small business that eventually franchised out. He knows what this HCR will do to already crushed economies.
There have been some VERY faulty prosecutions in GA under his tenure, with the most famous being that of the Court House shooter several years ago (name escapes me). If you can't secure a death penalty sentence for that guy, you're incompetent as they come.

Yes he is! I just announced on my FB that he is one the beat this fall - telling everyone he refused to fight against tyranny on behalf of Georgians
I will be making public the name of every politician local and national who refused to fight this takeover. Remember in November! When it gets closer to election time, I will put as many ads in the local papers as I can afford.
Two can play that game... I hope as I am typing that a records request has been sent to A.G. Baker's office - of all the correspondence between his office and Democrat organizations around the country.....
The exact opposite scenario is unfolding in Pennsylvania. The governor is a Democrat and the state's House and Senate delegations are heavily Democratic, and the attorney general is a Republican running for governor who has already announced that he'll be filing suit . . . against a Federal law that most of the state's Federal representatives supported!
I noticed that too. Very aggressive of the AG to demand for their records. Good plan for a response! I hope they do just that.
Can we demand Obama’s and Pelosi’s records of correspondence about the healthcare bill as well? That would be interesting!
Sonny Purdue should file a Freedom of Info Request on the person filing the Freedom of Info. Who did they talk to and what moneys were spent, ect...that can work both ways!
