The here-to-fore Communist Party of Italy newspaper run by that outfit in the past, "La Unita", [now the domain of a Socialist party in Italy] has run a positive banner story under its "Mundo (World)" section, along with a photo of Barack Obama greeting prop-guests who were at the White House during the signing of the Socialist Health Care bill.

References in this case about how clever Zero was in getting this socialist piece of legislation passed by making the stories personal of those "suffering" in the US, thus controlling the narrative effectively against the Right Wing.

Same thing in SSocialist france where public health insurance is mandatory and taxes are sky-rocketting.
The government decides everything and doctors’ fees are maintained at a very low level and ,as a consequence,their numbers are decreasing quickly.
Some doctors try to leave the country or change job when it’s possible...

Last but not least many jobless immigrants(legals and illegals)are coming “en masse” for “free”(taxes are not free!)cares...

This is the brave new world but it’s in very bad shape and will not last long!
