What does it say about your cause that nearly every policy idea you cook up is based in some form or another on coercing the American people?
When House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers, D-Mich., was recently asked to identify where the Constitution granted Congress the authority to force all Americans to buy health insurance, he replied, "Under several clauses; the good and welfare clause and a couple others."
For those of you who aren't familiar with the "good and welfare" clause, it states that "The Congress shall have Power to make Citizens of each State compelled to partake of the Privileges of Health Care Insurance, & those who refuse will be fined, charged with a
misdemeanor crime or lashed (or receive Medicaid)."
Now, I'm not a lawyer, but I was somewhat surprised to discover that the Constitution featured a "good and welfare" clause — though, obviously, Washington has done a laudable job fulfilling the latter part of this imaginary passage.

There are many people are who really upset that these Socialists are actually governing against the will of the people. They have pretty much thrown the Constitution in the waste basket. Before they were able to take office they were required to take an oath to protect and defend the very document they trampled under foot last Sunday evening.
Has anyone ever noticed that they pass these sweeping changes in the dead of night, weekends or holidays. In addition, they have exempted themselves and their unions supporters from the very health care system they have just imposed on the average citizen. One has to ask themselves why they would do this?

As it's now eminently clear that Barry lied up, down and sideways about being a Christian, he's now restricted the White House Kids Easter Egg roll from including youngsters from parochial or private schools.
It's not just that Soetero hid his Islamist background and isn't Christian. He's anti-Christian, as well as anti-Semitic, and will evermore increasingly use the levers of our government to express so many opposites of what he claimed as he was running for office.
But to him, it's O.K. It's Taqqiyyah!
God will be showing us His grace and mercy if He stays the day on which Baraq "will stand with the Muslims" when "the political winds shift in an ugly direction".
