The 30 percent does not include the people who have given up looking. I would say it is more like 50 percent in that disaster of a city. Entire blocks look like they are war torn. It is hard to believe you are even in America driving down some of those streets.

Whats wrong with it now? Its a nice little farming community... (pretty much all black... but they wanted their enclave and management). Sure it suffers high unemployment and crime, but that too will pass. They will relocate.
