Stupak has two challengers so far. Don’t just jump on board with Benishek. The other guy looks pretty good as well.
MI-1 Bart Stupak’s opponents, Daniel Benishek, http://www.benishekforcongress.net and Tom Stillings, http://www.facebook.com/pages/Tom-Stillings-for-Congress/359528951597?v=info
Dunno if “pace” is what they are going to “requiescat” in.
Is Stillings a Rand Pauloid?
In signing on to this sham order, the Stupak people signed their death warrant as a force within their party. In an America where a majority now describe themselves as pro-life, they have put legislative accommodations on abortion further out of reach. At least in the near future, they have ensured the Democrats will become even more uniformly pro-choice, and our national debate more polarized.
I generally stay away from judging someone’s spiritual state. Who am I to declare that someone is “a good Christian” or not? But, having said that, I will make the sweeping statement that I don’t believe you can be a good Christian and also vote Democrat. You can’t serve two masters.
It was ALWAYS fiction created by Rahm like the Blue Dogs. Dems are a evil evil gang worse than the Mafia.
Hey Glen Beck - there is a big difference. We just need to get rid of RINOs like McCain, Graham et al.
Did anybody REALLY believe that “Pro-Life Democrat” bullsh#t?
Naaaah-me neither.
This vote has exposed the long held lie that there are pro life democrats and conservative democrats. They don’t exist. In the end, if their party needs them, they vote with the party. Party over principles...
Don't know. I just wanted to point out that he was a challenger in the primary as a starting place.
It would be like claiming to be a pro life member of the Nazi Party.
A pro life member of the Chinese Communist Party.
A pro life member of the The Communist Party of Kampuchea (Khmer Rouge).
A pro life member of Saddam Hussein's Baath Party.
There is a woman running against Stupak named Linda Goldthorpe. She is purportedly a Paulite.
There are no pro life democrats and there are no pro America democrats. Their party’s loyalty is to their party, not this country. They will say anything to get and stay elected, but when the rubber meets the road, they act in the best interest of their party.
ohhhhhhhhhh, I remember. Thank you.
“”Daniel Benishek, “”
I heard this guy on Mark Levin’s radio show last night. He’s a general surgeon - he could barely speak...reminded me very much of a relative who drinks A LOT! It was painful to listen to him and I think Mark was kind of uncomfortable interviewing him but he did say he has his support. I’m glad to know there is someone else to oppose Stupak as this guy just didn’t seem with it - as tho’ he was saying - Yeah, I can do this. I think I’ll give it a whirl for kicks.
Well they were warned before they voted their souls away, this would snap any trust America had in them.
You can’t serve two masters, and you can’t try to be friends with the world and serve Christ. Many scriptural references back this up.
The left serves the prince of this world, whether they do so actively or knowingly or not. I know many who claim the name of Christ, yet deny the authority of His Word because it contradicts their worldly viewpoint.
That guy’s candidacy —while perhaps flawed — isn’t just an accident. One of the remarkable things we’ve seen in recent months is an amazing number of medical doctors (I think the number is now 23) running for Congress in Republican primaries.
