Seems to me that is all Dick Armey does with any consistency...bail out.
If he was a true ally, he would defend the movement. He should know that plants and Obama trash would be in the crowd. He could have called them out on it.
Better to get rid of the hanger-ons rather than drag them around forever. Bye Armey...I never knew ya.

Bye, Dickhead.

Guess who's not getting any more pennies from me. I've got limited resources that need to be conserved, and I'm not going to waste them on someone who deserts their allies on such a flimsy whim.

I don’t remember specifically what, but wasn’t Dick Armey kind of a flake on a few conservative issues anyway?

The failure of so-called Tea Party leaders to stand up to the Democrat/Media smear machine this weekend has given the machine an opening to hurt the movement that they are exploiting. But, but, but... I thought the masses at the mall Sunday were there to promote immigration reform? --That is what the leftist MSM was spouting...
/end sarcasm...

Without the tea party movement Freedom Works itself would have minimal influence.

Dick Armey is the worst spokesman for conservatism or the Tea Party. He’s corrupt/compromised with murky lobbying schemes the way david keene of CPAC is. He’s old, repulsive in appearance and sounds drunk when talking. He loses any debate when he appears on television via Sunday morning shows;i.e. flummoxed by msnbc’s maddow on mtp. He’s well-known for being a Terri Schiavo-killing republican, meaning he thinks it was embarrassing that republicans tried to rescue Schiavo from her State ordered 13 day torturous death. He along with george will, charles krauthammer, mitt romney all think it was wrong/embarrassing for the House to try and rescue Schiavo. They all think the pro-life part of the GOP are repugnant.
And can anyone here explain why the NRA would allow David Keene be elevated to president of the NRA when he’s a corrupt maxed-out financial contributor to two anti-second amendment anti-gun politicians in mitt romney and arlen specter?

My brother Don suggested when he was a guest on a local talk radio program, Army's comments were a preemptive strike. He knows the Tea Party Movement may dump him when they get involved in the amnesty issue, because Army disagrees with a large majority of the Tea Party Movement.
A strong possibility which hadn't occurred to me.

I will continue to give my support to the Tea party, but I am also focusing my individual efforts on getting conservatives elected in November by volunteering. And I hope someone comes out with a good book on how to “starve the beast.” We all need to withdraw our financial assets from government confiscation as much as we can. All of our protests couldn’t stop Obamacare. I think some of the local protests may have swayed individual legislators, but short of shutting down the Capitol, I don’t know if the Dems are going to care if we demonstrate. I just want to see lots of new faces there after November!

This is no worse than the "no-spin" OReilly's idiocy in allowing the story to be repeated and repeated on his program, admitting that no facts supported it--only
his belief that a Congressperson wouldn't lie! (How ridiculous is that? - considering that they lied repeatedly about the so-called "health care" bill, including their claim that it does not allow taxpayer-funded abortions, but by Presidential Executive Order, effectively admit that it does, in fact, allow such.
For Oreilly to circulate a story with such potential for damaging the people and movement that is seeking a return to a Constitutionally-limited government, is repulsive and disingenious! So is this organization's statement.
His byline should be revised to the "spin" zone.
