In my article from Sept 2009 titled Why Government Health Care Will Pass - IT IS A GIVEN. HERE'S WHY (vanity) I predicted it would be rammed down our throats regardless of any campaign ramifications. The reason is they win by passing it, and have now won entirely. Let me go onto to tell you what is now going to happen. They are outplaying you (or rather the republican's it's .. well, frankly, embarrasing)
1) The new health bill can never be, nor ever will it be repealed, it will be the law of the land.
2) All the state lawsuits against it will come to nothing.
3) Within a matter of a few weeks Healthcare will fall off the radar and Amnesty will be front and center, and it too will pass, and they will then have healthcare being legal citizens.
4) There will be 20 to 30 million more very energized voters in the Democratic camp hungry to keep them in power and ensure they maintain thier free health care (paid for by hard working Americans). This will take the pain out of any backlash in the upcoming elections. The Republicans and Tea Partiers will tear each other apart like fools fighting in a burning house, but they can do nothing else, the RNC is on the other team.
Like me playing my 8 year old son in game of chess, the opposition will be picked apart. My son and daughter were playing each other and my son won a few times, he came in bragging he was going to mop the floor with me, he managed to take only a single pawn and he was in checkmate, stunned.
The republicans think the fight is on, however, the democrats are looking 4 to 5 moves down the road, health care won't even be in the news in a month or so, it will be a given that it's the law of the land as the Amnesty debate rages on (allowing the MSM to ingore all opposition and voices to the Health Care bill).
Check and Mate.

Even if granted amnesty to live and work in the US, they will be not be eligible to vote, unless and until they have been certified as legal residents and QUALIFIED to become naturalized US citizens after FIVE YEARS of residency.
Unless the usual set of clowns actually want to post some serious rational thoughtful posts, they should not waste our time, and bandwidth, with this sort of moronic Chicken Little style hysteric defeatism. This sort of vapid bloviating based on nothing more then the author's arrogant self regard for his misplaced notions of his supposed intellectual infallibility is a childish act of hubris and a total waste of our resources

Unless Republicans like McCain or Snowe vote for it, which they will.
They will use the nuclear option and amnesty will pass... war is coming... or the end of the Republic will... one way or the other.

That is why nearly every post I make includes the only answer that I could come up with, November election notwithstanding, is to bring down the current corrupt and arrogant government in any constitutional way possible. Even if we have to make moot every change to it in the last 100 years.

Your prediction has a better than 50% chance of happening. The leeches of society will finally HAVE to do something. That is why I am stocking up on ammo.
Medicare and Social Security each passed with a very large bloc of Repubs. This is a different day. No Repubs voted in favor of this and the sentiment against was bi-partisan.
The Repub argument against amnesty is going to resonate with non-illegals. They understand now why Repubs aren't going to cooperate with the thugs in the WH.
Zero is growing in unpopularity. Vast numbers of people who were clueless are on to him now.
So-called "benefits" do not kick in from this bill for years. In the meantime costs go up. People are going to continue to be disillusioned with this clown and will be WAY more open to the Repubs' ideas than they have been for a long time.
Like it or not, what he posted is true.
I doubt anyone thinks his predictions are wrong...since I myself have written the same thing.
The difference is...some would rather get radical instead of giving up.
Now is not the time to go all wobbly, and we don't need any more Tokyo Roses pretending to be Nostradamus.
The problem is, he is probably right. If they can pass healthcare will all Republicans against, why can’t they easily pass amnesty with several Republicans already on record as favoring it.
