Another Prediction from an "Retired" Freeper
Vanity

Posted on 03/22/2010 12:39:38 PM PDT by Scythian

In my article from Sept 2009 titled Why Government Health Care Will Pass - IT IS A GIVEN. HERE'S WHY (vanity) I predicted it would be rammed down our throats regardless of any campaign ramifications. The reason is they win by passing it, and have now won entirely. Let me go onto to tell you what is now going to happen. They are outplaying you (or rather the republican's it's .. well, frankly, embarrasing)

1) The new health bill can never be, nor ever will it be repealed, it will be the law of the land.
2) All the state lawsuits against it will come to nothing.
3) Within a matter of a few weeks Healthcare will fall off the radar and Amnesty will be front and center, and it too will pass, and they will then have healthcare being legal citizens.
4) There will be 20 to 30 million more very energized voters in the Democratic camp hungry to keep them in power and ensure they maintain thier free health care (paid for by hard working Americans). This will take the pain out of any backlash in the upcoming elections. The Republicans and Tea Partiers will tear each other apart like fools fighting in a burning house, but they can do nothing else, the RNC is on the other team.

Like me playing my 8 year old son in game of chess, the opposition will be picked apart. My son and daughter were playing each other and my son won a few times, he came in bragging he was going to mop the floor with me, he managed to take only a single pawn and he was in checkmate, stunned.

The republicans think the fight is on, however, the democrats are looking 4 to 5 moves down the road, health care won't even be in the news in a month or so, it will be a given that it's the law of the land as the Amnesty debate rages on (allowing the MSM to ingore all opposition and voices to the Health Care bill).

Check and Mate.

- Scythian out. Back into retirement, will repost when this all comes to pass.

PS: Enjoy life, don't fight it, it's done wonders for me to release all this. (I still vote, but I know what is "is" and who won)

Your original post was “right on” and so is this one. I told my wife this morning that there are less and less people who believe in God in this country and that is the problem. And they think of us who believe in God to be fools. And unfortunately most of those who believe in God vote democrat.

The illegals will be legal by November and they’ll all be voting democrat. That’s why the dems weren’t afraid of voting for this bill. They KNOW they’re going to get re-elected and Obama promised them immigration is next.

So I agree with you completely. This battle and war is over. We are now under occupation. Only armed resistance would have a chance of succeeding and that ain’t gonna’ happen. I’ve been called a candy ass and told to go join the democrats for saying what you’ve said. So I guess we’ll be candy asses together.

Ha, well thanks. I get called lots of things, but what I am is a believer in God and work two full times jobs, one salaried and run very successful software company. So, I am rich by government standards but it’s all been through very hard work, attending only a technical college because I couldn’t afford anything else. But now I make well over 6 digits in income.

My son is well on his way to become an eagle scout (my older son) and my younger son is in cub scouts. My older son is a military “nut” lol and knows more about WWII than most and will probably go into the military. We attend an evangelical Christian church and our kids are well involved and know all about Obama and and how the country is being lost, but they know, they’re hope is not in the constitution, though it is a great document, it is in Christ.

The Republican’s are merely reacting and coming very close to acting like babies, instead of peparing for Amnesty their lost in the rage and going to fight against something that will soon be off the radar. The democrats are bringing amnesty front and center and it will drown out the health care noise. And if you think the Republicans are going to run in 2010 with the the slogan “We’re going to take your health care away” better think again, what a losing proposition that is going to be. By 2010 America will be used to the idea of no pre-condition cancellations, always having health insurance, heck it sounds good doesn’t it.

Many take me to have given up, they are wrong, I have merely placed my hope in the One who can deliver. It could be that under tyranny more souls are won to Christ than throughout our countries history, what evil means for bad Christ turns to gain.

For those who place thier hopes in this country I am a quitter, evil, giver upper, I get it, I don’t even argue, our family is not the least bit concerned yet my kids know the score moreso than most Americans.

As one freeper stated yes, I did get very sick, but I got better too, it took three years, I did it with all natural products because doctors couldn’t help me, but I held on and made it, the problems with health care are so much more than insurance, its the entire approach, and my views are radical to a conservative, for I believe things like magnesium, idoine, oxygen, PH, Vitamin D, and all kinds of things like that can cut this countries health care crisis in half cheaply and immediately, but there’s no money in it for big pharma, you know, the ones who helped Obama get this through ...

God bless you brother ...

Unless you’re self employed how do you propose to not pay taxes? Cheat on your return? Claim more dependents then cheat on your return? If the IRS changes the “rules” and says you can only claim the dependents you actually have will you tell your employer to ignore the new “rule”?

I know you’re angry. We all are. But we’re not together on any of this. The entire country must be together. That means the employers must assist us in not paying our taxes. That ain’t gonna’ happen.

Besides, they don’t need your taxes. They just print the money they need whether you pay up or not.

I don’t know what to do. But not paying taxes or carrying signs or “let’s get ‘em in November”....none of that will make a dent in the problem. We need a leader to stand on the national stage and tell us what he (or she) intends to do and ask us to join him.

My bet is your wrong and here's why.

We all know libs beat to a different drummer and they have no convictions except to be reelected.

They were ignorant enough to be convinced by their leaders that ignoring the American public was the correct route because we will forget. However and notwithstanding that their leadership will ask for it they are smart enough to know that any time between May and November is too close to the election and they won't risk it.

The bottom line is thank god they are cowards

WOW! You sure know how to fuzz up a forum, don't you?

You make an interesting point regarding amnesty. Ever since the vocal opposition to the health care bill started, I wondered how the democrats managed to develop political tin ears.

Democrats are the ones in Congress most in need of a job -- it's not like they can do anything else. Republicans can afford to buck their constituents because most of them were making more money outside the public sector and will always have a job to go back to. Democrats, OTOH, have no talent to speak of and are wholly dependent on the voters for a paycheck.

Citizen opposition stopped Hillary-care 16 years ago. Citizens were far more vocal, and far more organized, this time around. Obama-care should have been DOA in the House. But somehow it managed to stay alive.

It doesn't make sense that someone who depends on the good will of his constituents, especially someone like Stupak who has been in the business for several cycles, would take a risk like this without some sort of assurance that his seat would not be in jeopardy.

If the election were held tomorrow, we could easily count on a pickup of 30 seats. 40 would give us the majority, and right now that number looks well within reach. So what did the democrat leadership say to the gaggle of misfits they call a party to convince them to vote for this bill and, effectively, sign their own pink slip? How about deem and pass amnesty. How about 20 million new votes before the November elections, and they’re all voting D.

You make a very good point, Scythian. The democrats will not stop now. They must protect their control of all branches of government, and amnesty would assure them control of Congress for the next fifty years.

God will not rescue America. America turned her back on God the day killing babies became legal. Now we are paying the price. Countries come and go. The Church goes on.

1998- Clinton impeachment.

I think you have it. I had wondered why an avowed monarchist and a corporation bashing socialist would have signed up with a conservative activist page in the first place, and then hung around for over of a decade.

Just checked the calendar and it is 2010. The stuff you are talking about doesn't kick in until 2013-2014 in most cases. I doubt very much if anyone will be used to something in November that will not actually take place for another three years.

That time period defines the opportunity for repeal. The pain kicks in immediately, and until the benefits kick in it will be much easier to roll it back. But once people start getting the benefits it will be much harder. So big wins in 2010 and 2012 could give a sufficient number of senate votes + president to repeal it before any benefits are paid. Long shot, but not hopeless yet.
