As much as I like Palin, I really think we need a Paul Ryan as our candidate in 2012. Could you imagine him debating Obama? It’d be no contest.

Neither am I.

Get your votes ready. Warm them up because we will need every one in November.

He says he doesn’t want to run but he needs to be persuaded.

I’d love him on a ticket with Liz Cheney.

I agree. I'm all in for Paul Ryan 2012. Sarah would make an excellent Energy Secretary... :o)

Good! The House may have a few good fighters left. Much like a few Senators (Coburn, Inhofe and DeMint). Maybe they will continue to be vocal and press the facts.

We MUST persuade him!

Wow... there's a dream ticket!

I live in SE Wisconsin and Ryan is our Rep. He would be a good choice, how about Palin for second chair? She would be a powerful draw for women and Christians.

Regards,
GtG

I’d like to see Paul Ryan / Steve Forbes. Forbes is a great gravitas candidate and would be a good #2 to a very young Ryan.

Normally, I wouldn’t want a House rep, but there are really no good governors in position to run...all are too early in their terms. Ryan has proven himself in a crunch time situation at that summit a few weeks ago.

Ryan has the skills we MUST have as the President in 2012.
He understands the depth of the financial collapse we are heading for and from what I have seen so far has the intelligence to deal with it.

I'm inclined to agree - I need to find out more about this guy, but so far I like what I see and hear.

The media will go into full throttle attack mode against Paul Ryan just as they did with Sarah Palin. Palin is not stupid and had better qualifications for being vice president than obama had to be president. The media (entertainment, news, and print) are in control. They will destroy Paul Ryan’s reputation the same as they tried with Palin. Make no mistake about that. Any threat to their desire to take over America will be met with vile attacks.

He’s got my vote and Michelle Bachman for VP. Sarah sold her political soul to a RINO masquerading as a Maverick (a broken down petting zoo pony in a maverick outfit that is)

Mulally / Ryan anyone?

BTW.... Look @ Mulally's pay for performance. as of today. 17.9 million, boy that ought to piss off Obozo....

This is the man with leadership of large teams, cutting spending etc etc.

I agree. I’d be very happy with Sarah at the top, but my first choice is Paul Ryan. He is awesome indeed. Maybe VP this time? Bob

She feel obligated to support Juan. I believe that it’s foolish to hold this against her. If illegal immigration comes up, and it will, Juan will lose in the primary, I think, regardless of who supports him. Best, Bob

You’re still playing by the old rules, and we can’t win that way. The Left will LIE, CHEAT, STEAL VOTES, and LIBEL anyone that gets in their way. Yes, he could rip Obama/Biden to micro-dust in a debate, but that won’t be enough. I’ve talked to too many voting well educated liberals who ONLY see the color of Obama’s skin and think,

“It’s cool to have a Black Man as president.”
“We need to take care of all of our people.”
“The rich are stealing from us and need to pay.”

That’s it. No further thought process. You can’t reach these people by reason or appealing to their sense of freedom. We need a person like him, but we need a number of unknowns who can play dirty and destroy those who would destroy our candidate before they get a chance. And a huge war chest.
