Democrats to America: Drop dead

Well, they finally did it. Despite more than a year of steadily rising public opposition, manifested in opinion polls and in protest rallies across the country, President Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi finally rammed through Obamacare late Sunday when House Democrats gave the bill their imprimatur.
The House vote isnt the end of the national debate on this issue, however, as the Senate still must accept the House changes in the Senate Obamacare bill. Senate Republicans argue that the House reconciliation bill that makes significant changes in the Senate bill violates the Congressional Budget Act of 1974, maintaining that it should be ruled out of order by the Senate parliamentarian for consideration in the upper chamber. That in turn would mean the only bill the president could legally sign would be the original Senate bill, with its massive funding of abortion and the infamous deals used to buy senators votes, including the Cornhusker Kickback. At that point, a constitutional crisis of historic magnitude seems inevitable.

Democrats to America: Drop dead It will be our turn to drop them come November. Just 7 months to go folks. Like Mario Puzo said in the "Godfather", revenge is a dish best eaten when cold.

Let’s just hope those that follow can undo much of what has just been done.

At the risk of appearing overly dramatic, I feel like the average German citizen must have felt in 1938 when they realized that the Nazi’s had taken over their government and country.

I am not sure about any body else, but I have never scene anger like this in my life time. I have never scene any body at a town hall meeting before. I went to a meet the candidates night about a decade ago and sat with 3 people around a table to talk to my Congressman, One of the people was my father who came with me.
On Friday at 6 Pm my wife drove by that congressman's office in Lakewood on her way home from work and she said there where at least a hundred people picketing. 6PM on Friday night.

The democrats don't care about the American public or what we want. It's all about them. The poorer we get, the richer they get. Reminds me of the old USSR. I bet Putin has pains in his side from laughing so hard at the United States. The next thing Obamidiot is going to do is change the name of our country to the Un-united Socialist States of America. Look out Mexico, you are going to be the 51st state in the near future. Obama way to curing the problem with illegal aliens from Mexico.

People are boiling over with anger and disgust. When the economy finally tanks again due to rampant inflation or another panic, I shudder to think of the consequences.

Obama said at the White House shortly after the House voted: "This isn't radical reform, but it is major reform."

A good friend of mine told me a few years ago that, "we're going to end up going into the streets with these looney tunes."
I recall saying, oh it's never going to have to come to that. Now I believe I need to rethink that remark of mine in light of what I witnessed tonight.Becasue now, I'd say his remarks were very prophetic.

"The House vote isnt the end of the national debate on this issue, however, as the Senate still must accept the House changes in the Senate Obamacare bill. "The senate can refuse to accept the house changes. It will consider them, but there is no guarantee the house changes will pass the senate.
I don't understand the Republican strategy of trying to kill the fix it bill. The fix it bill makes it ever so slightly not as liberal and/or stupid. For Republicans to kill the fix it bill, just gives democrats talking point against the republicans. Plus the house can just initiate a regular bill to amend it instead of a reconciliation bill and do the same thing.

I’ve disagreed with Mr. Hatch of Utah many times over the years but this time I am fully in accord with his statement that “if they think this will be over with one vote, they’re crazy.” (Or words to that effect.)

The problem of course is that when we win in November, the best we can do is pass legislation repealing the reform which Obama will refuse to sign.
It will be 2012 before we can stop this train wreck.
Unless a Republican controlled house or senate grows a spine and investigates Obamas records and bribery deals. It would take some hard evidence to convince enough democrats to join us to impeach Obama though.

Collapse of the U.S. (and probably the world economy) is likey inevitable. There is not enough money to service the old debt and the further debt of health care will require even more debt. In 5 or 6 years the interest on this debt will be 7% of the GDP. It will again double in only 5 or 6 years from then (14% of GDP). By then the government will be confiscating 80% of our paychecks.
I see no group of reasonable political leaders out there steeped in wisdom ready to do the necessary work of rooting out waste and corruption in government. All I see are greedy and stupid political hacks of the worst kind and a nation of ignoramuses who elected them. Such a combination can only lead to disaster.

the best we can do is pass legislation repealing the reform which Obama will refuse to sign. Fine. 0bamacare doesn't fully come into effect till 2014, albeit they will start collecting 0bamcare taxes before then. The good news is, collecting 0bamacare taxes early with no benefits, will only incense voters even more against the bill.
It will be 2012 before we can stop this train wreck.
Probably.

I am not going to count on any Democrats to take any action against 0bama. The only good Democrat is a voted out of office, unemployed Democrat. We gotta vote the vermin out if we want anything done against this Marxist regime.
