A video has surfaced this evening of the incident today involving civil rights icon Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) and Tea Party protesters on Capitol Hill.
Rep. Lewis has alleged that he was called a n***** by the protesters.
Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN), who was walking with Rep. Lewis, says he heard the word n***** fifteen times.
Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) claims "It was a chorus" of people yelling "n*****."
The video, filmed by Marooned in Marin and posted at YouTube, shows Reps. Lewis and Carson walking together, with Rep. Cleaver several yards behind as they fight their way through the Tea Party patriots like they were in 1965 Selma, Alabama.
Reps. Chaka Fattah (D-PA) and Maxine Waters (D-CA) are also walking behind Lewis in the video.
View the shocking video here.
It seems to be a lone man's voice...not chants from Tea Parties.
Any rally I've been to, Tea Parties are quick to turn on inappropriate behavior. Even “boo” someone down. No Parties react IF the word was used.
Lastly, things are going to get more divisive before the November elections get here. Racial bias, racial hatreds, are tools they use to divide the American people.
Words like niger, black, negroid are “offensive.” So are other words like white, honky, b*tch, f*ck, etc. None though provoke rancor like the PC banned words. I've worked in some rough places and have been called a lot of white epithets. Yet, those are not PC banned.
They are trying and will continue to try to light the fuse of Race War. These are tactics of community organizers. The Tea Party Patriots must be brought down, marginalized, and discredited. We could walk on water and it won't be good enough for the community organizers. They will always find something.
Today there will be several groups out there. I have this crazy picture in my mind of the thousands of Patriots there yelling, shouting, etc. and then a noon all kneeling down in prayer for our nation. Not heads bowed down, kneeling down on the steps of the Capitol, the sidewalks, the lawns...wherever they are at and just pray. If shouts and yelling don't work...maybe a massive act of prayer will.
I noticed the same thing, the last guy in the video had his phone rolling - where’s the video from him to prove the allegations?
And, where were the Congressional lapel pins?
Don’t they usually wear those all the time?
If anyone yelled the N word, it was a bunch of leftist plants to make the tea party looks like a bunch of racists- just like the media and dems keep saying.
Seriously, what if someone did yell it out loud. How many times have I seen and heard black people call each other those same names?
I care not what they did or didn’t say to them. They are grown men...US congressmen and they are crying like little girls about being called a nig—r. They are making laws for our country and their skin is so thin that they can’t take being called a silly name? What the hell kind of candy-asses are they anyway?
Funny, all I hear is DESPERATION to save an alleged POTUS.
You have to play the video backwards! Don’t you people know anything?

It's not what was said (or in this case, not said.) It it how it is perceived by the alleged victim.
The protesters could have said "have a nice day," and the "victim" could have heard "n...", and that is all that counts. It's your word against his. And he wins because the law of victimology is on his side.
When I first heard this I KNEW it was untrue.
Especially coming from the likes of John Lewis.
If anyone DID say it, especially 15 times, it was
a plant, an agent provocateur, who insinuated himself
in the crowd. That then suggests that he would’ve been
immediately set upon by the rest of the Tea Party crowd,
because NO ONE in the protest crowd would’ve tolerated
that kind of behavior. But of course it’s reported at face
value , and is dutifully reported by people like Geraldo
on FOX. Last night I saw Geraldo bring this up to his mini-panel of “Rev” Al Sharpton and Mike Huckabee. Huckabee, like
the self-made stooge he is, condemned it,said it didn’t represent the Tea Party and never once
even began to question its veracity. THAT is part of what is wrong with Mike Huckabee.
If you watch it a thousand times, you will STILL never hear it.
Remember what they say about dogs , who can hear and respond to sounds ordinary humans CAN’T hear?
Well, the same applies to Obama supporters and Leftists in general-—it’s their special burden in life to hear things that aren’t there.
Can’t wait to see CNN play the video exonerating the teapartyers/sarc
Hell, I'm still waiting for Fox to show it!!!
I grew up in south Atlanta, I certainly know how popular it is.
Not there. . . waiting for Geraldo’s apology to the teaparty movement.
Where was Robert Byrd when this going on???
More race-baiting garbage from the black caucus as usual.
I suppose they were knocked down several times by Bull Connor holding a fire hose, too.
“You can hear it if you play it backwards.”
LMAO!!
I wonder if the Tea Party protest was near Hymie Town ...
Playing the imaginary race card. What idiots!!!!
There were others but they were mainly conservatives. Michele Bachman came out and shook hands all around. Most of the libs came out in cars. About 90 minutes earlier Rham Emanual entered by that route. However, there were many fewer people there then.
