Me neither. I wish we could bring them all up on treason charges.

This means Rahm and Obama worked enough behind doors votes from rides on AF1 to promises of judgeships to relatives to whatever whomever wanted...

This means they have the votes for tomorrow. This is beyond ludicrous.

FUBO!

“Don’t think a time’s been set.”

Any pushback from Sunday is a victory. Any pushback is a victory.

Can you believe they’re making us track this crap after the Thanksgiving and Christmas crap we had to track.

These people REALLY need to be taught a lesson.

Let’s roll!

They are so corrupt it is confusing...If they have the votes it is for reconciliation which is what the communists wanted in the first place. The used the ole Alinsky tactic throw out worst scenerio so that the scenerio that is reality looks better.

Also heard deem and pass is dead. Whether it is or not, if this thing makes it through, Idaho, Virginia, and other states are prepared to defend the U.S. Constitution and the Tenth Amendment:

All I can say is I’ve been slumming over at the DUmp, and if this doesn’t pass I am going to regret not buying stock in anti-depressants.

30 million more people will be covered under his shiny new bill. Congress won’t have time to “fix” anything. He won’t have to pay attention to, or sign, any amendments until he’s further along in his agenda. -------------------------------- Bingo. If the Senate bill is passed this nation will witness the biggest political double-cross in American history. It will also prove to the world who Obama really is and what he's made of. He'll be spoiled meat from this time forward

Agree. they are doing it the right way now...at least in one regard.

I’m still very suspicious about the backroom deals. There are going to be lots of democrats that will lose in november because of their vote. They are getting something for that. The question is what. I think they are getting campaign donations. I think the DNC and soros and obama et al are dumping cash into these peoples’ campaign accounts. Then I think these individuals are going to choose to “retire” rather than run for re election just as that kennedy did recently. There is a recent law on the books that lets politicians POCKET their campaign money under certain situations if they choose to drop out.

At this point, it’s about Obama getting the senate bill passed in the house. He doesn’t care what he has to promise in order to do that and he wouldn’t care if the EO was thrown out by the courts either, because the senate bill would have already passed the house at that point. In fact, it makes it easier for him to put anything under the sun into the EO, because he knows it won’t withstand scrutiny.

Right, Obama will use any shuck and jive he can to pass this thing.

It could mean they are confused. It could mean that their lawyers got back to them that it was illegal and they would all end up impeached for overriding the Constitution of the United States.

Using Obama to buffer the first bill would give assurance to the weak-kneed Dems that the Senate bill won’t become law without their changes.

That is.....brilliant. What on earth did you mention that in public for?

Right. But let’s not give them too much credit yet. They may just have a REALLY fragile coalition and are having trouble making it happen. They may be confusing themselves.

Pray it’s so and keep calling!

Do those idiots at DU realize that they will have mandatory health care that they will have to pay for or they will get fined by the IRS?

Three possible explanations in decreasing order of likelihood:

1. They think they have the votes.

2. Enough of the “nos” made it clear they will still be “nos” even if the subterfuge were used.

or

3. Enough ‘rats realized that passing a bill in a way that is arguably unconstitutional would be a really bad idea because lots of folks who revere the Constitution have firearms, including a fair number who swore an oath to defend the Constitution.
