2 p.m.: The House will debate for one hour the rules of debate for the reconciliation bill and the Senate bill.

3 p.m.: The House will vote to end debate and vote on the rules of the debate.

3:15 p.m.: The House will debate the reconciliation package for two hours.

5:15 p.m.: The House will vote on the reconciliation package.

5:30 p.m.: The House will debate for 15 minutes on a Republican substitute and then vote on the substitute.

6 p.m.: The House will vote on the final reconciliation package.

6:15 p.m.: If the reconciliation bill passes, the House will immediately vote on the Senate bill, without debate.

I have noticed that the illegal population is getting more brazen. A few months ago one cut me off in line to get an oil change. I tried to reason with the bastard, but he relied on his language gap. Shop owner prevented the fight.

I think this event is going to prove inspirational from the levels of the true, patriotic congressional reps, down to a no-longer-silent majority of citizens that now recognize that we have sat quietly shaking our heads and wringing our hands for far too long.

We had a little birthday dinner tonight for my son that is turning 23. I apologized to him and his girlfriend for my failure as a citizen to do anything more than grip and complain for decades. My son quickly said that it isn't too late, and I promised them both that I would now commit myself to die trying to overturn this tyranny.

When I think of those 2 kids, all of our kids really, it deeply saddens me that we have, to this point, not done more to ensure their generation has the same chances under freedom and liberty that our parents ensured for us.

Pence needs to seek the '12 GOP nomination. Some thought he might in '08, but obviously he chose not to.
His command of the issues is outstanding and in this day and age where superficiality seems to mean a lot to many he looks Presidential. And as we've earlier witnessed, he's an effective speaker.
