We had to leave Minneapolis, as well. Couldn’t take being surrounded by libs anymore or sending our son to the schools there.
Tell them life is better in Carver or Wright counties in the west Metro. We’re the reddest counties in the state and people are definitely more sane here. Michele Bachmann is from Wright county and my Congressman, John Kline in Carver is a conservative’s conservative.
My husband’s commute into the city is a little longer but he says it’s well worth the trade-off.
There is no repealing it. That's right ... but it's not forever. Eventually the US goes bankrupt and the Chinese-controlled IMF imposes an austerity plan that threatens social cohesion.
Stupak’s name will go down in infamy.
Yeah the Republicans that tripled the size of government. If you really think that the Republicans will get rid of this, then you are dreaming. When did they ever reduce the size of government in the last 8 years?
I can already hear the liberals saying if you vote for a Republican, then they are going to take away your health care. Promise you that.
The senate bill will go to Bo.. after they pass the senate bill....then to reconciliation ...and supposedly Bo will sign by exc. order that there will be no public funding for abortion..that is if he keeps his word.
Sounds like another point of order to go after this bill and the procedure used to pass it.
Applause, Applause!
CSPAM rerun of Stupak press conference, he seems to have all the selling points down, his whole team is on board, something isn’t right there, and whatever Obama does should not effect all their votes, if they had integrity...
When did he sign this?...you mean that we are now paying for abortions overseas?...where is that bill, I need to see that.
So true.
“Every man has his price.”
“We need supernatural help from God now.”
INDEED we do! Maybe God has been trying to regain the attention of this nation that He blessed all along. With Him, there is nothing impossible.
I love it.
What time do they vote on the senate bill?
Punt.
