I don’t think Stupak is concerned about a primary challenge.
Some of them are foolish and out-of-touch. Others have been offered a job in the Obama Administration (albeit temporary). I don’t discount that there are others who believe that there won’t be another election.
Never underestimate the evil of man.
Flailing away on the ‘special deals for special folks’
Bringing up the constitutionality of the bill
Ted Poe - another Rep I’ve been impressed by.

He is running against Bart Stupak, he sounds good so far, I am going to interview him for my blog soon.
Benishek announces run for Congress IRON MOUNTAIN, Michigan, March 15, 2010 Daniel J. Benishek, M.D. announced today that he is running as a Republican against Bart Stupak for Michigans 1st District seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. At high noon, from the steps of the historic Dickinson County Courthouse, Benishek told a crowd of supporters that he has collected the 1,000 signatures needed to put his name on the August 3 primary ballot. I chose Dickinson County for my announcement, said Benishek, because this is where I raised my children and where I have been practicing medicine as a surgeon and small business owner for nearly 30 years
and because I wanted to announce in Michigans newest county my campaign to become Michigans newest member of Congress. Benishek is not a lawyer and has never before sought political office. I feel compelled to seek a position at this time because of disturbing developments in our nations capitol, said Benishek. I truly believe the people in our District deserve better. Benishek is committed to principles of personal responsibility and limited government. He stands firmly with the people of Americas heartland, sharing conservative positions on key issues such as private-sector job creation, fiscal responsibility, tax-rate reduction, secure borders, free-market healthcare reform, energy independence, strong national defense, second amendment rights and, most important, sanctity of life from conception to natural death. "I have received tremendous response from people across our District, Benishek said, but I will need lots more support in my campaign to restore the American dream. Benishek was born and raised in Iron River, a small mining town with a rich heritage and strong family values. He and his wife Judy live in Crystal Falls and share five children and two grandchildren.
