CBS News and The Hill, a D.C. newspaper focused on Congress, both report this morning that there are at least 36 undecided Democrat Congressmen going into Sunday's vote on the Democratic Party's attempted conquest of the healthcare industry.
The Hill reports:
According to The Hill's whip list, there are 36 Democrats who will vote no, leaning no or likely no and another three dozen are undecided or unclear. Pelosi does not have a lot of breathing room.
As Cantor says in his memo, 38 is the magic number for the GOP: "38 Democrats are needed to defeat a government take-over of health care."
On The Early Show at 7 a.m. EST, CBS News reported their count showed 44 undecided Democrats.

You know that one will cave due to the “offer that can't be refused”. Let all 216 of these Dems be tied to this monstrosity of a health bill by the lashings of their votes and go down into a bottomless abyss.

Dear God please hear our cries of despair. Please touch those that are undecided and modify their hearts to let them understand the consequence of their votes.

As Bonior said “They won't bring it to a vote if they don't have the votes”, I think they are deciding who can “stay safe” by voting no and creating drama, but NEVER GIVE UP keep up the good fight...

The situation is so fluid no one in the media has a clue.

Undecided my rear end. Any CongressCritter who claims is still undecided is simply waiting to see what payoff they will get.
Anyone with 1/8 of a brain realizes this bill and the way it is forced through is unconstitutional.

The content of any final bill is irrelevant! Any federal version of health care is unconstitutional since Article 1 Section 8 does not specifically grant Congress the power to regulate health care! The people are not bound to comply with any unconstitutional act of Congress! This is the point people need to hammer home with their Congress critters!

They will get just enough to get the bill through when just enough get their bribe.
I hate to be a skeptic but I think it’s a done deal in the congress and just awaiting the lawsuits that are surely to come.

Fox, has the Shep Smith crowd as well as the Bret Bair team. Consistency is not their hallmark and perhaps that’s a good thing. Varied sources keep you looking for the truth. After noting the difference in the O’Reilly interview and the Bret Bair interview of Obama, it’s clear its time for O’Reilly to start looking at retirement or a gig with a cheer leading squad.

Exactly correct. We have no obligation to follow an unconstitutional law.
I’ve already told my husband, he better not dare sign me up for anything with this crap, nor pay a single cent in fines or do anything out of love for me or to keep me out of trouble or prison for refusing to follow anything this Congress or Senate passes. I WILL NOT BE A SLAVE - period.

I’m not actually surprised there are still some “undecideds”. The bill keeps changing from minute to minute!
