Undecided my rear end. Any CongressCritter who claims is still undecided is simply waiting to see what payoff they will get.
Anyone with 1/8 of a brain realizes this bill and the way it is forced through is unconstitutional.
I’m not actually surprised there are still some “undecideds”. The bill keeps changing from minute to minute!

While I agree that is the likely scenario, another is that they don’t want a Democrat bullseye on their back as being the one who killed Obamacare. They want their cake and to eat it too. Perhaps they want the bill to go away, without having to actually be the one to vote it down. Face it, politicians are basically cowards, which is why they are very dangerous.
