So they've gone from bribery to extortion. It's extortion, because those farmers NEED that water to farm. Water is not a luxury. It's not like being offered a ride on Air Force One, or a trip to the Bahamas, or a nice fat payoff. It's literally food on the table for starving farm workers.

Obozo’s great lakes Czar has a history with the alliance for the great lakes and they have some pretty extreme views. Remove all the dams, all signs of human habitation within buffer zones, etc.

Given the fact that he’s now the senior advisor to the EPA, I guess we could call him the earth czar or gaia czar. In fact, I don’t doubt his fingerprints are all over the water issue in California.

I do not understand how this situation can be tolerated. With the mere proposal of water being turned on with a correct vote...how can this not be taken to court? The courts should turn the water back on.
This is like warfare when a country would have food and water blockaded until they surrendered.
