You will note that Charity Navigator has the following breakdown of expenses as a percentage;

Anyone who can read this can easily see that the vast majority of expenses goes towards the programs.
Let's cool it on the damning of patriots until we can see their response.
I for one, have much faith in people like Oliver North, Charlie Daniels, Lee Greenwood, Sean Hannity, and the hundreds of others who work so hard to do good things for our service people.
BTW, they have more than the one or two programs the slanderous Schlussel would have you believe.

If someone can competently (in an accounting sense) refute a specific point, I will assume there are other falsehoods.
Absolutely no preconceptions on my part.
If you look at the Freedom Alliance website, it also appears that scholarships are not the only thing they do. So looking only at payout for scholarships, while ignoring the other missions, would skew the results also.
Debbi Schlussel’s crazy. There’s been enough proof here on FR to that. Now, are there serious questions to ask about the Freedom Concerts? Quite possibly. But I’m not going to believe anything that comes from Schlussel’s mouth.
I have read a few of the womans blog reports posted here and she seems to an equal opportunity hater. They also seem to contain a lot of hysteria and conjecture. I have watched Hannity maybe 3 times. My point is that if any of this were true, the left would have dug it up already.
I have seen it too. I am very suspicious of supposed conservatives to spend so much time and energy attacking other conservatives. And to be perfectly catty, the outdated glamor shot photo from her website makes it hard to take her seriously, as well.
Schlussel takes that into account.

I am with you. I like Sean but not a big fan. However Schussel?...really? I have seen enough of her lying lips to wait for the real truth to be told.
I am amazed and disheartened at the judgementalism of some people on Free Republic. And I will admit that I have been part of it in some cases. But really, Schussel? Too sad.
You know, Sean did yoeman’s work before the election trying to tell everyone who Obama and his cohorts really are. He was there before Beck. As annoyed as I get listening to him on the radio, he did a fabulous job and he earned my respect. He may not be perfect but I don’t know of anyone that is on this earth.

I just ignore this stuff until it pops up on FR. Frankly...It’s sickening reading many posts on FR! I feel as though I am reading the DU or KOS!! BLAH!!
I have read a few of Schlussels articles posted here and I wasn't impressed.
Just found out my stepdaughter is on an emergency transport to cardiac so won’t be able to reply further.
Considering a huge chunk of “expenses” is for his private jet flights and expensive suites for himself and his entourage (if her claims are true), then it makes a big difference on Hannity.
