How likely is it for a federal court to grant you standing in this case?

Assuming that you do have standing, how can a federal court declare a Congressional rule unconstitutional when the constitution grants the Congress the power to make its own rules?

Thank God for people like Mark Levin... notice that no Republican in congress has thrown down the gauntlet and said “over my dead body you’ll do this”. They only say things like, “this is crazy”. I take that back Michelle Bauchman is fighting, yet the old curmudgeons are saying, “this is crazy”.

Even if Levin isn't granted standing on his own behalf, he will likely be able to join in (in some fashion) on an action filed by GOP Senators and Representatives, who will almost certainly be dropping off the paperwork the instant the bill is signed.

They can set their own rules, but not in violation of the Constitution. There are already two rulings on the books (most recently 1997 or 1998, I forget specifically) where the USSC overturned a law because the House and Senate did no pass identical text -- that precedent will likely figure in greatly to this case.
