You can make your own for pennies. I use a 50/50 mixture of salt and baking soda. 3 tbs of each dry mixed in a sealable container. Then ONE teaspoon of the dry mixture in a pint of warm water. I use the nasal irrigation squeeze bottle to cleanse my sinuses since my operation two years ago..............
I’ve found an 8 to 1 mixture works better, you get an ammonia-like sensation with too much soda.
1 cup of uniodized salt to 1 Tbsp baking soda.
Mix 1 tsp per 8 oz of water.
