In an effort to save the healthcare bill, Hawaii arranged to have an earthquake. No other details available.
It was bound to happen with all that hula dancing going on over there. :P

So now a Tsunami threat that doesn’t materialize is considered an earthquake? Looks like 0bama got his crises mixed up.

“...Something that was called a special deal was for Louisiana. It was said that there were billions — millions of dollars going to Louisiana, this was a special deal. Well, in fact, that provision, which I think should remain in, said that if a state has been affected by a natural catastrophe, that has created a special health care emergency in that state, they should get help. Louisiana, obviously, went through Katrina, and they’re still trying to deal with the enormous challenges that were faced because of that.”

I don’t get how there are still health care issues caused by Katrina.
Don’t let it worry you. There have been less than twenty earthquakes there in the past week, and they’ve all been small. Have fun.

I couldn’t remember an earthquake in Hawaii, but then I figured I must be completely confused. I’d also apparently forgotten the fact that Hurricane Katrina stopped at the Louisiana state line, and didn’t affect Mississippi at all!
Maybe he meant Haiti?
