Expect more of this.

The states will not take kindly to 20% of their economies becoming federalized.

"Legal experts say the measure, signed Wednesday, will likely be struck down. "

Anyone know why? I haven't been following this.

Virginia went one better. They passed a law that prohibits the Government from requiring their citizens to abide by the Federal HC mandate.

I was lucky enough to live in that fine state when I was a kid.

Good on you, Idaho! Don’t let these fools change you too much.

Legal experts say the measure, signed Wednesday, will likely be struck down.

Then we'll have a nice little Constitutional crisis then, if the Idahoans make their law like a punching-bag clown, that gets right back up after it is struck-down.

Legal experts say the measure, signed Wednesday, will likely be struck down.

They should have included a provision saying that no court could strike it down, or that no future Congress could repeal it.
