Virginia went one better. They passed a law that prohibits the Government from requiring their citizens to abide by the Federal HC mandate.

Legal experts say the measure, signed Wednesday, will likely be struck down. Then we'll have a nice little Constitutional crisis then, if the Idahoans make their law like a punching-bag clown, that gets right back up after it is struck-down.
