If the House uses the Slaughter Rule to advance the Senate bill, Landmark Legal Foundation and Mark will, in fact, bring a federal lawsuit in the District of Columbia challenging its constitutionality.

I am sure Mark Levin will have all his ducks in a row when and if they file. He will have the best constitutional lawyers on hand to help.

Exactly my opinion. I’m not paying Levin ..I’m paying these other lazy bastards.
WHY ISN’T THE GOP UP IN ARMS AND FIGHTING ..?
Damn it ..are they going to blow this too? Maybe Glen Beck is right, maybe they are just as bad as the Dems.

Probably cause they like the rule. It is used commonly by both parties.

said he didn't need a vote. [Insert their picture within this frame]
So don't give him any on election day!

When I first saw the headline, I thought they meant Senator Carl Levin. I figured the Sun would go Supernova at that very second.

What happened to Larry Klayman and Judicial Watch? Shouldn’t he be making some noise on this? I never hear about him anymore.

Our station used to only carry one hour of ML. Now we get the 3 hours. I luv when he says “you’re welcome” and “you big dope”. He’s very smart but doesn’t take himself too seriously.

He is really a treasure. You can always listen to his show online too if local won’t carry it- I’m STILL yelling at my local WFLA to get Savage OFF the air and replace with Mark.

We have Savage here too. He’s okay but he drifts off into recipes and I’m not into cooking. But, our wfla is playing a Rays Baseball game right now instead of talk radio. This happens every college game and I guess now for the Rays. If they move the baseball stadium, I’d rather go to a game than listen to it.
