Necessary corrections made.
“...Nonetheless, when the tea partiers filed to begin the recall process last September, [DEMOCRAT} New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Wells, under advisement of the state’s [ DEMOCRAT} attorney general, initially denied their notice, taking up the unusual argument that the state’s constitutional amendment is
unconstitutional...”

Now we need to start the recall of Donald Payne (10 term ultra progressive incumbent). We then need to rearrange NJ’s “safe” districts to give normal politicians who respect our history and our Constitution a 50/50 chance at winning a seat.

Something else that should be added to the agenda for discussion at the upcoming Constitutional Convention (after this mess, another convention becomes a necessity) is expressly permitting states to recall their respective members of Congress.

Yep, backing a pi$$ed off people into a corner, never ends well. Especially for the people doing the pushing.
Pete Hoekstra sounds like a good choice for Gov.

Let’s recall every Senator that we can. You have to begin by finding out if your State Constitution allows for recall of a U.S. Senator and/or House member. If it does, find out how many signatures must be obtained and start the process; probably via the Secretary of State.
