Welcome to the jungle
Playin’ us all for fools
They got townhalls they say we want
Honey we know the names
We’re the people they all hide from
Whatever they may need
If you got the money honey
They’ll be bought, you see?

Chorus:

In the jungle
Welcome to the jungle
Won’t go down on our nation’s,n,n,n,,n,n,,n,n,n,,n,n,,n knees, knees
They wanna watch us bleed

Welcome to the jungle
We take it day by day
If you want it you’re gonna bleed
But it’s the price we pay
And this ain’t no sexy world
It’s hard here to succeed
They’ll taste their own bright lies
But they won’t get us free
In the jungle
Welcome to the jungle
Feel their serpent, serpentine
I, I wanna hear us scream

NO!

Welcome to the jungle
It gets worse here everyday
We will not learn ta live like animals
In the jungle where we stay
If they got a hunger for our liberty
They think they’ll take it eventually
They can have anything they want
But they better not take it from me

Chorus

And when you protest you never
Never let’em bring us down, us down, us down, us down NO!
You know where you are
We’re in the jungle baby
We’re not gonna die
In the jungle
Welcome to the jungle
Won’t go down on our nation’s,n,n,n,,n,n,,n,n,n,,n,n,,n knees, knees
In the jungle
Welcome to the jungle
Feel the serpent, serpentine
In the jungle
Welcome to the jungle
Won’t go down on our nation’s,n,n,n,,n,n,,n,n,n,,n,n,,n knees, knees
In the jungle
Welcome to the jungle
Let them bring it to us
But we’re gonna stand’em down!
Yeah!

Walking through forests of palm tree apartments ---
scoff at the monkeys who live in their dark tents
down by the waterhole --- drunk every Friday ---
eating their nuts --- saving their raisins for Sunday.
Lions and tigers who wait in the shadows ---
they're fast but they're lazy, and sleep in green meadows.

Let's bungle in the jungle --- well, that's all right by me.
I'm a tiger when I want love,
but I'm a snake if we disagree.

Just say a word and the boys will be right there:
with claws at your back to send a chill through the night air.
Is it so frightening to have me at your shoulder?
Thunder and lightning couldn't be bolder.
I'll write on your tombstone, ``I thank you for dinner.''
This game that we animals play is a winner.

Let's bungle in the jungle --- well, that's all right by me.
I'm a tiger when I want love,
but I'm a snake if we disagree.

The rivers are full of crocodile nasties
and He who made kittens put snakes in the grass.
He's a lover of life but a player of pawns ---
yes, the King on His sunset lies waiting for dawn
to light up His Jungle
as play is resumed.
The monkeys seem willing to strike up the tune.

‘Boots rocks out!!!!

“Welcome to the Jungle...” should be Welcome to the Cesspool...

What a bunch of criminal slime these dems are...are there ANY Men left in Washington D.C. with the cajones to bring charges against these dirtbags?

On a different note: The article quoted Nixon in the opening above...but to my mind, regardless of all that we’ve been led to believe, I think Nixon was having the Dems bugged and wired up because elements of that party they were conspiring with internal Communists and international communist groups to make us lose the war in Vietnam. Gee...what a coincidence, huh? The Dems were a threat to national security back then too...just like now.

Just my thoughts on it.

Few thinks more annoying than someone posting a poem/lyrics without naming the author/artist.
