I am far from a Constitution lawyer (more into consumer affairs, traffic tickets and an impressive business card on Singles Night at the local saloon), but has any Constitutional expert weighed in on this.
Not some legal bar fly, but someone with real Constitutional law credentials.
P.S has this Slaughter Rule ever been used before?

The author quotes Mark Levin, who is a Constitutional attorney. Levin agrees this is a very dangerous territory for Dems to tread. It will be rule by fiat.

The US Constitution was written for, and bequeathed to YOU, by our Founders, my friend. You don't need an expert to read it, or interpret its clear meaning.
