As a simple thought experiment, look around to see two things. 1) If the homosexual remembers an early sexual seduction/assault by someone older. 2) If the homosexual was raised as a Roman Catholic.

I've found the results to be very provocative.

By your own (questionable) evidence, the incidence of Protestant clergy misconduct are primarily heterosexual in nature.

Unlike in the Roman Catholic church were the misconduct is overwhelmingly homosexual and perpetrated primarily on children.

Not really -- Lefebvre never came up with his own dogma, he accepted Church dogma completely, but rejected things like the replacement of the Tridentine mass, the collegiality of bishops, the immigration of Muslims into Europe. Do I dislike or dismiss him for that position? No. However, he was wrong for breaking away from The Church, full-stop. I would not call him a bird of strange plumage but a schismatic, which is what he was.

Benny on the other hand, is accepted by some here even though he espouses strange things like 9 gods instead of the trinity.

From what I've read, homosexuality occurs in someone who was molested themselves, especially before adolescence, and thus that person cannot make a successful transition from same sex attraction to opposite sex attraction. They are sexually traumatized as children, and that imprints upon their mind a skewed sexuality. This compulsion, driven by guilt and confusion, then repeats itself after adolescence and into adulthood, encouraging and even creating more of the same.

HOW DID THIS ESCAPE THE SCREENERS AT HIS SEMINARY? Catholics tell us that all candidates for priesthood undergo a series of tests to make sure they are psychologically and otherwise fit. Given the epic scale of this evil, apparently when it comes to homosexuality and pedophilia, at Catholic seminaries they use don't ask don't tell.
