And also working more closely than ever with the ChiComs to, in their own words, "create a new global order"? That they have staged 3 sets of joint war games in the past 5 years with the ChiComs. That they are helping strengthen Iran and Syria. That they helped Saddam Hussein before and even during the Iraq War. That they are currently threatening their former satellites, i.e., Georgia and others. That KGB Putin misses the good old days of the Soviet Union, and describes the 'collapse' as the "greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the 20th century".
