I’m no Romney fan but have to tell you all that I know a number of non-religious Independents and Repubs here in CA who think Romney would be the best ‘12 candidate.

It’s early yet, but at least for now there appears a good possibility that Romney will be heralded as the best Repub. nominee. Someone else had better really shine between now and ‘12 so that Romney does not become the next McCain.

19th? You think that matters?
Always overlooked by RomneyBOTs is the fact that
Romney brought Massachusetts to be the 48th lowest state in employment.
48th lowest. Got that? How is that good economics except to a revisionist RomneyBOT?

"(Under the lash of Mitt RomneyCARE) as U.S. real output grew
13 percent between 2002 and 2006, Massachusetts trailed at 9 percent.
* Manufacturing employment fell 7 percent nationwide those years, but sank 14 percent under Romney, placing Massachusetts 48th among the states.
* Between fall 2003 and autumn 2006, U.S. job growth averaged 5.4 percent, nearly three times Massachusetts' anemic 1.9 percent pace.
* While 8 million Americans over age 16 found work between 2002 and 2006, the number of employed Massachusetts residents actually declined by 8,500 during those years.
"Massachusetts was the only state to have failed to post any gain in its pool of employed residents," professors Sum and McLaughlin concluded.
In an April 2003 meeting with the Massachusetts congressional delegation in Washington, Romney failed to endorse President Bush's $726 billion tax-cut proposal."

Oh goodness. Where does it say that the Mormon Church purchased large amounts of books? Also Palin bought a large amount of books too. I think it is normal to have some around to give to people close to you.

I figured you were not a Romney supporter. That’s why I thought you might enjoy that. I figured as you were pointing out the whole ‘no apologies’ thing, my point that he still defends Masscare (ie no apologies) fits the title. He doesn’t apologize, and he won’t apologize, even when he enables a disaster.

I enjoyed the graphics-gotta learn more about PhotoShop, etc.

We are plagued with big government, professional politicians. I wish I could say it was limited to the Democrats.

I remember reading in a biography of George Washington, the great regret in his life was that, because of the great need for service to his country, he couldn't return to Mt. Vernon, and his treasured life as a gentleman farmer.

Today we have a whole army of people who live to make government their livelihood.

No need for Photo shop, use MS Paint, it is in your Windows accessory file.
