Half of my letters brand me an idiot - President Obama

US President Barack Obama has joked that half of the 40,000 letters that pour into the White House each day brand him an "idiot''.
Tongue-in-cheek, the President remarked that his staff did not spare him the wrath of his correspondents - selecting a representative portion of 10 letters for him to read when he returns to the White House residence at night.
"I will tell you, that my staff is very even-handed, because about half of these letters call me an idiot!'' Mr Obama said overnight, chuckling at his own joke during a rally in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Oblahblah is in a very curious position here, and it can’t be helping the minimum daily requirements of his own ego to consider that if only half of the letters in a small sampling consider him an idiot, that MOST of those letters must be from the slightly-more-than-half that actually voted for him. I for one wouldn’t CONSIDER sending him a letter calling him an idiot, so I don’t know where those letters are coming from, except from disenchanted supporters who either think he’s not dictatorial-Far Left enough, or just not trying hard enough to push the Agenda they elected him to fulfill. The only thing that will save him for the rest of his first and only term is the goodness of the American people, who will begin to feel sorry for him, his incompetence, his naivete, and their own gullibility and weakness in assessing his character and abilities, whether they voted for him or not.
Implicit in our forebearance, our tolerance will be the unspoken message that he’d just better be satisfied with just INTRODUCING his magical Health Care Plan to us, and we’ll take it under advisement for the future. Remember, ( and no one seems to be punching this pathetic fact enough),
it’s not supposed to be implemented for about four years anyway, at which point he will have risen to his level of incompetence, a la the PETER PRINCIPLE, and retire from the Office of President, more than satisfied that he was a GREAT 1 termer, and not a lousy 2 termer.
Guess I’ll starting sending two letters per week...

I don’t believe he is an idiot. I think he is intentionally trying to crash the economy.
I suspect most letters to Obama read like this:
Dear Massa Obama:
I want to know when the free kitchen will arrive that you promised me during your campane. I live in my car waiting for my welfare check. When is my new kitchen going to arrive? I need it to cook for my children - Shaniqua, Janiqua, LaNiqua, Afriqua, DeNiqua, Staliqua, Frederiqua, Gramiqua and Barack. I names the last one after you because after you was elected I got a little drunk that nite and things just rolled, you know?
Anyway, please rite back so I can tell my Auntie how much longer she has to wait for the delivery man to arrive. God bless you and black power!
