FRN = Federal Reserve Note = Debt or “bill” that our government borrows from the Federal Reserve Bank to use as currency for the nation.

These are states that have filed or have pending bills. Virginia (not on the list) was actually the first state to pass their own Health Care Freedom Act.

And in jail they could work on road crews or as loggers or mining for gold in the far north. On 900 calories a day for meeting their quotas and 400 calories a day for failing to meet their quotas. That would solve the problem of the uninsured very quickly.
Obama would seriously consider that proposal as it matches his morality.

I don’t see what difference ti makes if they make it optional. In 20 years private plans won’t exist.

Texas isnt on that list but they will be. Yep. The Texas legislature is not in session this year.
Under the Texas Constitution, the legislature only meets every other year. Get 'em in and get 'em out before they can do any serious damage.
If only the U.S. Congress was subject to the same limitations.

In our case (Washington) even though we’re ruled over by hard-core leftists our Attorney General is a Republican. He is also working with several other state AG’s to mount a constitutional challenge if this travesty passes.

Not yet!
I got the pre-form letter
The letter that Obama had sent to pay off the USPS union employees
I think I may answer each question in a different lanquage
I hear the Census Gestapo is attempting to hire interpretors/speakers of hundreds of different foreign lanquages
The letter had about 8 foreign lanquages - each in a single sentence at the bottom

I believe that this wold also apply to the employer mandate to purchase insurance which is actually more significant in undermining this horrible legislation.

Both the House and Senate health-care bills require Americans to purchase health insurance or pay a penalty. The House bill establishes a fine based on percentage of a person's income, while the Senate version creates a penalty as a flat fee or percentage of income, whichever is higher. Those refusing to get insurance could be found guilty of a misdemeanor crime, punishable by another fine or even jail time.I smell a BIG violation of the equal protection clause here. Also a bill of attainder that legislatively punishes the productive citizen without due process. Apparently the agenda driven leftists have no respect for the Constitution or the Bill of Rights.
